Q1. How do I make payments?

Payment can be made through our checkout cart via FPX (online bank transfer, debit card, credit card), ATM transfer or Paypal

Q2. What shipping methods do you use for Malaysia orders?

We send all purchases using Poslaju via EasyParcel service and your price quote will be based on the total weight of your items. There will be cases where we use other courier services to help our customers cut down on shipping costs or other reasons.

Q3. “What shipping methods do you use for International Orders?”

We have currently stopped all international orders except to Brunei, Singapore and Indonesia as it takes longer to arrive to the othr countries. Shipping now costs RM45 for 1kg worth of fabrics.

Q4. “How soon do you post out (ready stock) orders?”

We normally post out orders in 1-5 days after payment once cleared. Your orders are kept on hold for a maximum of 5 days until payment is made. We use any courier service via Easyparcel and Poslaju as our most frequent courier used

Q5. “Where Can I Find My Order Code & Tracking Number?”

The Purchase Code and/or tracking number will be emailed to the email address you have already supplied us with. Kindly refer back to it to check on the status of your orders.

Q6. How soon will Pre-Orders arrive?

We close Pre-order slots every 15th and 30th of the month. Your orders will arrive in 2-3 weeks after these dates.
